Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Hubtub Network FZ-LLC (“HubTub”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites remember information about your visit, such as your preferences and login state.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

• Essential cookies — required for core site functionality, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language preference.
• Functional cookies — remember your settings and choices to improve your experience.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Marketing cookies — used, with your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our outreach to creators.

How you found us

One first-party cookie records how you reached HubTub, so that we can keep it with your account if you sign up (see “How you found us” in our Privacy Policy). The hubtub_attribution cookie is set on app.hubtub.io when you arrive through a link that carries this information, such as the “Sign in” links on hubtub.io or one of our campaigns. It holds the campaign tags on that link (such as utm_source or a Google Ads click ID), the site that referred you and the hubtub.io page your visit started on, and it is kept for 90 days. Only our servers read it. On hubtub.io, the same details are kept in your browser’s local storage, which stays in your browser and is added to those “Sign in” links only when you click one. Both are set without your consent to analytics cookies, and rejecting non-essential cookies does not remove them; you can delete them in your browser settings.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by trusted third-party service providers we use for analytics and marketing. These providers have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.

4. Managing Cookies

When you first visit our site, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies (such as analytics). You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer. The record of how you found us described in Section 2 does not depend on this choice. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings — blocking essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
