FAQ

Questions and answers

Money, your channel, rights, the contract and requirements, in plain words.

Money

How much will I earn?

Your share depends on the channel: its income, niche and audience. We name it after the review, before you sign, and it's written into the contract. In your account you see what the channel earned and your share for every month.

When do I get paid?

A month's income lands on your balance when YouTube pays it out, usually between the 21st and the 26th of the following month. Then you request a payout, and the money goes out right after your request. Need it sooner? Part of the amount can come earlier with Early Pay.

Which payout methods work in my country?

We pay out to 150+ countries: to a bank account, a card, Payoneer, local wallets or crypto (USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, or BTC). Methods depend on your country, and your account shows the ones available to you. The method's fee is shown before you confirm a payout.

Can I get paid before YouTube pays?

Yes. With Early Pay you can take part of your income before YouTube pays it. When YouTube pays, that money covers the Early Pay. Conditions are agreed with each creator individually, and you see the fee and the final amount before you confirm.

Your channel

Does my channel stay mine?

Yes. The rights to your channel and your videos don't pass to us. You keep running the channel as before: uploading videos, replying to comments and reading your analytics.

What can you see in my account?

When you sign in with Google, you give us read-only access to your channel's statistics. We can see them, but we can't upload, change or delete anything. We never see your Google password, and you can revoke our access in your Google Account at any time.

What changes in YouTube Studio?

Very little. The channel is still yours: you upload videos, reply to comments and see your analytics as before. One thing changes: ad revenue goes through our network, and you see it in your HubTub account and withdraw it the way that suits you.

Rights

What should I do about a Content ID claim?

Write to us. We'll explain what the claim is and what it means for the video's income, and help you dispute it when a dispute is justified. We also use Content ID to find reuploads of your videos on other channels.

Will you help with a strike?

Yes. We'll explain what the strike was given for and what it changes for the channel, and help you appeal it when there are grounds to.

Contract

How long is the contract?

One year. It renews automatically, so there's nothing to sign again each year. Either side can leave with 30 days' notice.

How do I leave?

Let us know in writing 30 days in advance: tell your personal manager, write to support in your dashboard or email creators@hubtub.io. Either side can end the contract this way. Your channel and videos stay yours the whole time.

What if I'm already with another network?

Tell us when your current contract ends. We'll plan the move so your channel doesn't lose a single day of monetization.

Requirements

Does my channel qualify?

We accept channels that are already monetized on YouTube, have no strikes or Community Guidelines violations, publish content that's theirs or that they hold the rights to, and meet YouTube's monetization policies. There's no minimum view count: apply, and we'll check your channel and get back to you.

Do you accept Shorts and kids' content?

Yes. What matters is that the channel is monetized, has no violations and follows YouTube's rules.
