Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “Creator,” or “you”) and Hubtub Network FZ-LLC (“HubTub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in a free zone of the United Arab Emirates. By registering for, accessing, or using any HubTub service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

• Application means a request to connect a YouTube channel and/or other supported platform account to the HubTub network.
• Channel Agreement means the agreement between you and HubTub for your connected channels — the Channel Partnership and Content License Agreement or, for a channel linked as HubTub's owned-and-operated channel, the Owned and Operated Channel Agreement — available as a PDF in your Personal Account.
• Content means any video, audio, image, or other material you upload to a connected channel.
• Income means your share, set in your Channel Agreement, of the revenue YouTube pays HubTub for your channel, as credited to your Personal Account.
• Personal Account means the account you create to access HubTub's services and manage your Content and Income.
• Platform means YouTube and any other third-party platform (owned by Google LLC or another provider) through which your Content is distributed.

2. Eligibility & Registration

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

HubTub may decline to register any applicant, or may suspend or terminate access to an existing account, at its reasonable discretion — including where required to comply with applicable sanctions, export control, or anti-money-laundering regulations.

3. Connecting Your YouTube Channel

To connect a channel, you will be asked to grant HubTub access via the YouTube API Services. By doing so, you also agree to YouTube's own Terms of Service (available at youtube.com/t/terms) and consent to Google's collection, use, and storage of your data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke HubTub's access to your Google account at any time via Google's security settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Pulse connector for AI assistants. If you connect an AI assistant to HubTub Pulse, the assistant reads your Pulse reports on your behalf. Its answers are produced by the assistant’s provider, not by HubTub; they may be inaccurate and are not professional, financial or legal advice. Your use of the assistant is governed by its provider’s terms. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and can disconnect them at any time; HubTub may limit or suspend a connection to protect the Service or other users.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of your Content and your channel at all times; nothing in this Agreement or in your Channel Agreement transfers them to HubTub. Signing in with Google gives HubTub read-only access to your channel's statistics (see section 3), which does not let HubTub change anything on your channel.

When you accept HubTub's invitation in YouTube Studio, your channel is linked to HubTub's YouTube Content Manager. Under your Channel Agreement you grant HubTub, for its term, a license limited to YouTube to monetize your Content and manage the rights in it — including Content ID claims, managing claims on your videos and finding re-uploads — with the right to sublicense it to YouTube only as needed for that purpose. While it lasts, HubTub is the only network that monetizes and manages your Content on YouTube; you remain free to use your Content anywhere else.

Under the Channel Partnership and Content License Agreement, HubTub does not upload, delete or edit your videos, titles, descriptions or thumbnails, and changes monetization and rights settings only as needed to perform that agreement. Under the Owned and Operated Channel Agreement, your channel is HubTub's owned-and-operated channel on YouTube for its term, and the cases in which HubTub may hide, remove or edit a video, its title, description, thumbnail or tags are those that agreement sets out. Under either agreement, HubTub does not use or license your Content for training artificial intelligence models, and HubTub's rights end when your Channel Agreement ends and HubTub releases your channel from its Content Manager.

5. Copyright Support Services

HubTub provides guidance and support in connection with copyright claims, disputes, and takedown requests affecting your Content. Where applicable, this support operates within YouTube's own official Content Management System and copyright tools — HubTub does not claim to operate independent, proprietary content matching technology outside of YouTube's official systems.

6. Payments

Your share of each type of revenue is set individually in your Channel Agreement. Income is calculated from the revenue YouTube actually pays HubTub for your channel, as shown in YouTube's reports; HubTub is not obligated to pay amounts it has not received. Your share for a month is credited to your balance in your Personal Account when YouTube pays HubTub for that month, usually between the 21st and the 26th of the following month. Until then, figures in your account are estimates and may change. If YouTube later adjusts or reverses revenue, the difference is corrected against your later credits. A statement for each month is available in your Personal Account.

You may request a withdrawal of any amount above zero, up to your available balance, by a payout method available in your country. Before you confirm, your Personal Account shows the method's fee, any currency conversion (the rate and its cost) and the exact amount you will receive; these costs are borne by you. Before your first withdrawal, and again whenever your payout details change, you must complete a one-time identity verification (KYC) through HubTub's identity verification provider, and every withdrawal must be confirmed with a two-step verification code from an authenticator app (or one of your one-time recovery codes); withdrawals may be paused for a short time after two-step verification is set up or reset. HubTub sends a confirmed withdrawal without undue delay, normally on the same business day once the payout provider accepts it. HubTub may delay or refuse a withdrawal where required by law or by sanctions or anti-money-laundering checks, or where it reasonably suspects fraud, and will tell you why unless the law does not allow it.

Early Pay. Where HubTub offers it to you in your Personal Account, you may request part of your expected Income before HubTub has received it from YouTube: for closed months whose final YouTube report is available and, within the limit shown, from the estimate for the current month. Early Pay is an advance against your future Income. Its fee is shown before you confirm each request and is deducted from the amount paid to you. The advance is repaid automatically from Income later credited to your account; if the Income finally credited for a period is lower than the amount advanced, the difference remains owed to HubTub and is deducted from your next credited Income. HubTub sets the fees, limits and eligibility and may change or suspend Early Pay for future requests at any time. If the partnership ends while an amount is still owed, it is set off against any amounts due to you, and you agree to repay any remainder within thirty (30) days of HubTub's request.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on your Income in your country of tax residence. Where applicable, HubTub will provide guidance on completing relevant international tax forms (such as a W-8BEN), but you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your own tax filings. Tax that YouTube withholds from its payments to HubTub for your channel reduces the revenue your share is calculated on; any amount withheld, and any tax HubTub is required by law to withhold from payments to you, is shown in your statement.

8. Dormant Accounts & Unclaimed Funds

If your account has no connected channels and has not been accessed for an extended period, HubTub will notify you at the contact details on file and provide a reasonable period (no less than 90 days) to log in or request payout before your balance is treated as unclaimed in accordance with applicable law. HubTub does not currently charge a recurring fee for account inactivity; any change to this policy will be communicated in advance.

9. Term & Termination

Your Channel Agreement runs for one (1) year from its effective date and renews automatically for further one-year periods. Either party may end it at any time by giving the other thirty (30) days' written notice; you can give notice to your personal manager, through support in your Personal Account, or at creators@hubtub.io. At the end of the notice period HubTub releases your channel from its Content Manager. Income for the period before that is still credited when YouTube pays for it, and amounts owed either way are settled in a final statement. HubTub may suspend or terminate your account immediately where you materially breach this Agreement, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by law or by YouTube's own policies (for example, following channel termination or demonetization by YouTube).

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in view count manipulation, click fraud, or other activity that artificially inflates revenue or engagement;
• Upload Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with HubTub's systems;
• Provide false, misleading, or another person's identity or payment information;
• Use HubTub's services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimers

HubTub's services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HubTub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HubTub's total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total Income paid to you by HubTub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. HubTub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HubTub harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your Content, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, including the regulations of the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone in which Hubtub Network FZ-LLC is registered. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith for at least 30 days after it is raised in writing. A dispute that is not resolved this way will be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), by a sole arbitrator, seated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), in English, with hearings by video conference unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. The award is final and binding. Either party may still ask a competent court for urgent interim relief.

15. Changes to This Agreement

HubTub may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through your Personal Account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of HubTub's services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
