§ 01
What is HubTub Pulse?
HubTub Pulse is an analytics app in your HubTub account at app.hubtub.io. It works with any YouTube channel you own or manage, and using it is not an application to the HubTub network.
The figures come straight from YouTube Analytics, with the channel owner's permission: the same as in YouTube Studio, including the revenue YouTube estimates for the channel. We add nothing of our own: no estimates, no scores, no growth percentages.
§ 02
What you see
Every channel at a glance
The last 7 or 28 days, with the period before next to views, watch hours and revenue, and each channel's standing as YouTube reports it: strikes, Community Guidelines, Content ID.
A page for each channel
Day by day for 90 days, month by month for 12 months, and the top videos of the last 28 days.
The audience
Countries, age and gender, traffic sources, and how views split between Shorts, videos and live streams.
Every Monday we email you a summary of your channels' week. You can turn it off.

§ 03
Clients' channels, with their owners' consent
For managers and agencies.
Send a link
Create an invitation in Pulse and send it to the channel's owner. One link is for one channel and works for 14 days.
The owner agrees
They sign in with Google and add the channel: that is how they let you see it.
You see the figures
The channel appears in your Pulse next to your own. The owner can close your access at any time.
Your own channels, and brand accounts you manage, need no link: add each one with Google.
§ 04
Your data in Pulse
What Pulse reads, how long it keeps it and who sees it.
Read-only access
Each channel is added through Google with read-only permissions. You can withdraw them at any time in your Google Account.
Refresh and storage
We refresh the figures every day. If a channel's figures haven't been refreshed for 30 days, we delete the copy we keep.
What Pulse never does
Pulse never gets access to the channel itself: nothing on it can be posted, changed or deleted.
Who sees the figures
You, and the people a channel's owner shares it with. The HubTub team does not see your channels' figures.
Pulse is part of your HubTub account. How HubTub handles personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
