What we take care of

  • Monetization

Your channel earns through YouTube's official partner systems. We make sure ads are running and tell you when something gets in the way of your income.

  • Content protection

We use Content ID to find reuploads of your videos on other channels.

  • Claims and strikes

If a claim or a strike lands on your channel, we explain what happened and what it changes, and help you dispute or appeal it when there are grounds.

  • Payouts

150+ countries and 20+ methods: bank, card, Payoneer, local wallets or crypto. You see the fee and the exact amount before you confirm, and Early Pay is there if you need money sooner.

  • Everything in your dashboard

What each channel earned month by month, your share and every payout. Tax YouTube withholds and corrections show as separate lines, and your contract is there as a PDF.

  • Support in your language

Write from your dashboard about payouts, the contract or your channel. We usually reply within 24 hours on working days.

How to join

Step 1: Apply

A few minutes

Sign in with Google and choose your channel. Your Google password stays with you.

What access do you get?

Read-only access to your channel's statistics. We can see them, but we can't upload, change or delete anything. You can revoke our access in your Google Account at any time.

Step 2: Review

Within 24 hours

Our team reviews your channel and replies to your application.

What does the team look at?

Whether the channel is monetized, whether it has strikes or Community Guidelines violations, whose content it publishes and whether the videos meet YouTube's monetization policies. We don't take reuploads or mass-produced content with no original value. There's no minimum view count.

When do I find out my share?

After the review, before you sign. It depends on the channel's income, niche and audience, and it's written into the contract.

Step 3: Connect

3–5 business days

We get in touch to agree on the terms. Then you sign the contract in your dashboard and accept our CMS invitation in YouTube Studio.

What is the CMS invitation, and where do I accept it?

CMS is YouTube's Content Manager, the system partner networks use to work with channels. Once the contract is signed, YouTube sends your channel an invitation from HubTub. Look for the email from YouTube or the notification in YouTube Studio and click Accept. The channel then connects to your HubTub dashboard on its own.

What changes in YouTube Studio?

The channel is still yours: you upload videos, reply to comments and see your analytics as before. One thing changes: ad revenue goes through our network, and you see it in your HubTub dashboard.

Step 4: Earn

Every month

Your dashboard shows your income month by month. When YouTube pays, the money lands on your balance and you withdraw it the way that suits you.

When is the first income credited?

A month's income lands on your balance when YouTube pays it out: usually between the 21st and the 26th of the following month. Need it sooner? Part of the amount can come earlier with Early Pay.

How do I withdraw?

Choose a method and an amount in your dashboard. Methods depend on your country; before you confirm, you see the fee, any currency conversion and the exact amount you'll receive. The money goes out right after your request.

We don't promise growth

Views and income depend on your videos and your audience. No network can promise them, and we don't. We answer for what's ours: ads running, rights defended, money paid out and every figure in front of you.

  • No promises of views, subscribers or income.
  • No bought views and no ways around YouTube's rules.
  • No fee to join or to leave.

Who we accept

There's no minimum view count. Apply, and we'll check your channel and get back to you.

  • Is already monetized on YouTube.
  • Has no strikes or Community Guidelines violations.
  • Publishes content that's yours, or that you hold the rights to.
  • Meets YouTube's monetization policies.
Accepted
Long-form videos · Shorts · Kids' content
Not accepted
Reuploads · Mass-produced content with no original value · Channels with repeated violations

What a YouTube network (MCN) is

A multi-channel network (MCN) is a company that works with many channels through YouTube's Content Manager. Your ad income goes through the network, which keeps a part of your share; what YouTube keeps doesn't change. It's a service you choose, not a YouTube requirement, so judge it by its terms.

More on how MCNs work

How to leave the network

The contract runs for a year and renews automatically. To leave, let us know in writing 30 days in advance: write to your personal manager, to support in your dashboard or to creators@hubtub.io. Your channel and videos stay yours the whole time.

What if I'm already with another network?

Tell us when your current contract ends. We'll plan the move so that any break in monetization is as short as possible.

Payouts in detail

Methods by country, Early Pay and how your money is protected are covered on HubTub Pay.
